Design & Engineering

History
Founded in 2013 by Van Zhang, Super U Shopfitting Limited is a China-based manufacturer specializing in custom retail shopfittings. Over the years, we have partnered with clients across multiple retail sectors, delivering projects with consistent quality and dependable timelines.
While retail remains our core focus, we have expanded our capabilities to support hospitality (F&B), residential interiors, and workplace environments. Our integrated design-to-manufacturing approach allows us to manage projects of varying scales, from flagship stores and chain rollouts to commercial and residential spaces.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are the shop fitting manufacturer factory. Established since 2006, our manufactory has 150 workers and we have a timber workshop and metal workshop over 10,000 sq meter with a full set of equipment, manufacturing facility with joinery, metal and paint utilizes the latest technology, allowing us to deliver on time, and can offer large capacity and competitive price for you.
Where is your company located?
Our Headquarters (Office and showroom) is based in Guangzhou. We will offer the detailed installation instructions and the professional installation guide, such as the installation brochure, the installation videos. Please inquiry us for more details.
How to work with you on shop design and production?
The main work flow path is
1. 3D shop design (If needed)
2. Quotation
3. Technical drawings
4. Bulk production
The information we need is the floor plan, shop photos on-site, preferable photos of shop image you like and etc.
If you are only looking for display units and don’t need our design service, we will need to know which display units you like with quantities, material, surface finishing and dimensions.
What’s your project timeline?
· 3D Shop design takes 5~7days
· Technical Drawing takes 2-3 days
· Bulk production takes 25 days after technical drawings are approved
In General, If you are planning to open a retail shop, please start contact with us 3 months in advance, as sea shipping will take 15-35 days.
How do you ensure the quality of products?
We will do 100% full inspection and pre-installation in-house to make sure everything is good before delivery.We focus on the quality of the product, all product is adjusted and controlled by the PMC department, each section is strictly controlled. In addition, our QC department has organized a team of 15 members, professionally dedicating in product quality inspection to completely ensure the superior quality of products. Every time we check will send the production for you on time. And also welcome you to check it.
Do you have any display joinery in stock?
No, we don’t have any joinery in stock, as all our joinery are customized.
The delivery time is 20-25 days after technical drawings are approval.
How much for the Design fee and is it refundable after the bulk order is confirmed?
Basically, the design fee is $540~1,500, it depends on the shop area and design style. Please contact us with your shop floor plan and we will quote the design fee as well as the possibility of returning the design fee.
What’s the budget for opening a store?
It depends on the shop area, material and surface finishing.
Please share the floor plan, shop photos on-site, preferable photos of shop image so then our engineers will estimate the budget for you.
